Villa Karena provides a high standard
of accommodation in a beautiful setting with a private terrace and pool. Our villa is situated in Viganj near Orebic
on the Peljesac Peninsula, an area of outstanding beauty famous for its vineyards and some of the best beaches in Croatia.

Only 15 minutes away
by ferry the Island of Korcula provides even more opportunities to explore, including the home of the famous explorer
Marco Polo. Korcula town is often described as a mini Dubrovnik - but as Dubrovnik is only 90 minutes away you can visit
both and decide for yourself!
Imagine waking up in the morning, opening
the shuttered windows and the view that greets you is a wide-ranging coastal panorama with distant island and mainland outlines
glistening in the early morning sunlight. This dreamlike beginning to the day
is no figment of the imagination, but rather the reality of staying at Villa Karena.
Villa Karena has recently been sympathetically renovated and refurbished
to a very high standard, and many of the original features are still in existence – including the old olive press
situated on the terrace!
In addition we have a swimming pool installed for the use of our guests, and a speed boat available
for hire (power boat licence required) or skippered tours to islands and coves. We also offer watersports including
wakeboarding and other fun activities!

As well as catering for those who just
want to sit in the sun there are loads of things to do for the more energetic. Excellent windsurfing and diving
are on your doorstep, or you can get on a bike and explore the coast. If this seems a bit too adventurous you can
always take a gentle stroll to the beach or the local tavernas.
We can arrange gourmet evenings at the Villa with a local chef,
guided tours up Mt Illia, boat trips and more.
