Supporting people with OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) and those who care for them.

Hello!  We are a group of people who either have OCD or care about someone who does.

We'd like to reassure you that - YOU ARE NOT MAD AND YOU ARE NOT ALONE - there's actually about 2 million people just like us in Britain!

Never feel bad about OCD, it's no one's fault - it's just like having short sight or flat feet!

We've included some information that we hope will help you and your loved ones!

WHAT IS OCD?

The most simplest way to explain OCD is that you are unable to stop doing or thinking things over and over again, even though you don't want to.

For lots of helpful information about OCD, please look at the websites for NO PANIC and OCD UK, you can access them from our 'Other sources of help' page.
