Established in 1995, Lodgings of Guildford offers quality accommodation for young professionals at affordable prices.  We understand that it’s not only the price, location and quality that matters when sharing accommodation, but often above all, it’s the people.

All of our properties are shared houses or flats that we own or let on behalf of non-resident owners.  Houses are let fully furnished and are managed by ourselves.

We are members of the Landlord Association and adhere to their guidelines.
