1st London Latin Dance Marathon
3 hours of Latin Dance and Performances at this '1st London Latin Dance
Marathon'.
The idea came from Doni, who is originally from Venezuela,
where they hold events like this on a regular basis that are incredibly
popular!
Doni and Liz want to start the craze in London and will be
holding the next event in Autumn 2010.
Instructors are from both Zumba
and LatinBurn backgrounds -
Doni, Liz, Vincent and Alissia are all qualified and experienced
instructors. COME AND JOIN IN AT THE NEXT EVENT!!
'I'm definately going to this and I live in East London, I'll travel
anywhere for a good salsa class. Salsa is my passion. I've taken Doni's
class before, he is an amazing teacher'!!

Doni Fierro and Liz Bayley are based in London.
They have been professional dancers for over 12 years and have danced together as a professional Show Dance Team for 8 years.
They are also experienced partner-dance instructors and specialise in the hugely popular social dance styles of Salsa and
Argentine Tango.
They are currently
teaching in and around London at various gyms and dance schools. Doni teaches a Latin Aerobic class in many gyms (in High
Street Kensington, Earls Court, Covent Garden and Canary Wharf) and also has a very successful class at the famous Danceworks
just off Oxford Street.
Doni and Liz are the dance Directors of Bolivar Hall for the Venezuelan Embassy (W1). They teach a weekly Argentine
Tango and Salsa course at the Embassy, which is immensely popular.
LatinBurn
comes from Latin America where people have exercised for years simply by dancing to their favourite music! Doni has over 17
years experience as a dancer on TV and stage and uses his incredible enthusiasm and knowledge of so many different dance styles
- Salsa, merengue, cha cha, bachata, latin pop, rumba, samba and many more to make this amazingly fun and inspiring dance
class/work out!

Dancing
professionally since the age of 15, Doni has worked the world over. He was a member of ‘The Latin Jazz Dancers’,
performing in North, Central and Latin America including 5 consecutive years in Puerto Rico from the original 'World Salsa
Congress' in 1997!
Not
just a Latin dancer, Doni is also classically/jazz trained and has performed at the 'Moulin Rouge', on various cruise ships
and at the biggest show in Spain, 'Sonamar'.
Liz comes from a classical and jazz background.
She has travelled to over 40 countries during her experience as a professional dancer.
Some of the highlights of her career have
been dancing at the 'Moulin Rouge' in Paris and being invited to perform at various World Salsa Congresses in Italy. Also,
dancing as a soloist/ballroom speciality with Jean Ann Ryan Productions on World Cruises.
