Giles Bryant has been practising and studying yoga since 1994. He has undergone yoga training at ashrams in India and America
and has studied the yoga systems of Shivananda, Ramakrishna, Swami Prabhupada, Swami Branhmananda, and Osho amongst others.
His greatest understanding of yoga has come through the practise and study of Yogananda’s teachings, of which he has
completed a 3 1/2 year course and is initiated into kriya yoga, the highest technique of yoga.
Giles’ classes and workshops look indepth at yoga, much more than simply exercise. The classes include
relaxation techniques to help unwind from life’s stresses and strains, gentle healing postures to keep the body and
mind balanced, meditation to help connect with our inner peace and joy, and other aspects of yoga such as nutrition, affirmations
and healing techniques.
In addition to scheduled classes and events, private tuition to individuals and groups is available.
Giles runs a comprehensive programme of yoga, relaxation and meditation for corporate organisations.

Sacred Sites
Giles loves sacred sites and runs tours and gives talks on awakening the sacred in our lives and in our environment. He is a trustee
of Fountain International and has led sacred site meditations and ceremonies in Greece, America, India, France, Cornwall,
Avebury, Derbyshire, East Anglia, London and Glastonbury.
The tours vary in length from a few hours at local sites in North
Essex, to one day, weekend and week long events. See the diary for more details.

Turiya - The Band

Turiya were formed in 2002 by yoga teacher and sound healer Giles Bryant.
The band has produced 5 CDs and played at international events around the world.
In a live setting the band exclusively use natural instruments - no backing tracks or synthesisers, but the
real sound of sacred chants and spiritual songs, harmony vocals, guitars, flutes, pipes, percussion and
harmonium. The band members have experience of playing a wide variety of venues - international healing conferences, festivals,
yoga centres, pubs, concert halls, exhibitions, weddings etc.
Their music has received international airplay and is used theraputically in hospitals, schools, special needs
centres as well as by therapists, yoga teachers and healers.
The band are available to play at festivals, conferences, exhibitions and other functions.

Their new CD single "Yoga" is being released Nov 25 at the Yoga Show in London Olympia and the album
is being released on Dec 18th.
Their new DVD "Yoga for Body, Mind, Soul and Earth" is available now.

Healing and Metamorphic Technique
Giles has studied many systems of complementary medicine such as
spiritual healing, archetypal healing, reiki, Indian head massage, sound healing, plant essences, nutrition, mind-body work
as well as the yoga healing techniques. He offers healing consultations over the phone, and in person. Contact
