Welcome to Anna Maria Villas on the beautiful Island on Anna Maria, Florida. Our Villas are located in the lovely quiet town of Holmes Beach with stores and the beach all within strolling distance.

Anna Maria Island is located between Sarasota and St. Petersburg – an Island paradise connected to the mainland by two drawbridges. The Island boasts a wide variety of restaurants, some great shopping and the most wonderful sugar white sandy beaches.

The Anna Maria Villas were built in 2000, they are Mediterranean in style with Spanish tile floors, spacious and fully air conditioned and each Villa has it very own solar heated swimming pool.

The pool area has an outside dinning area with a large table and six comfortable chairs, loungers and a canopied swing all set within the landscaped garden blooming with tall palms, bananas trees and bougainvillea.

The Villas have three bedrooms and three bathrooms.  The en suit master bedroom has a queen size bed and a bathroom with both a shower and tub. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower, the third guest bedroom has twin beds and an adjoining bathroom with shower, all the bedrooms have overhead fans and reading lights.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen with a dinning area with comfortable seating for six. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as all the usual appliances. Located just off the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and iron and ironing board.
