Jo Hill's "Motivation Movie" is intended as a starting point for anyone interested in building drive and enthusiasm in their dog's training.

The video is particularly valuable to anyone wanting to start a puppy or inexperienced dog off in a stress free and enjoyable way using sound operant conditioning principles; some of the U.K's top competition dogs have been trained using these methods.

Maybe your dog's training needs a bit of a boost with the emphasis on fun (for you and your dog) as well as precision...this could be the video for you!

"Louth and District Dog Club sent six trainers and handlers to one day teaching by Joanna Hill. Using her techniques we have been able to:-

Get a Boxer to recall who thought the command come was a long distance send away.

Have a Grand Basset Griffon Vendeen working at double time in his heelwork to music. He originally could only do the slow, slow bits of a foxtrot.

Stop a breed show Shar Pei from biting the hands of the unsuspecting judges that went over him.

Keep a first cross Staffie so occupied with food circuits that it forgot that its main mission in life was to kill as many dogs in the training hall as possible.

Make a beautiful but bored show Chihuahua bitch put up her tail and look as though she owned the place.

And, without a word of a lie folks, stop a German Spitz barking on command.

I know that the last one is almost beyond belief but Joanna's ideas are helping us across the board at our club."
