Terms and conditions

1.The above prices are for ONE SUBJECT only and include one visit (excluding mileage charges) to meet the subject and take photographs (there will be no reduction should a visit not be required). 2. For the cost of additional subjects please see the order form. 3. It is the client’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permission to use photographs supplied by them as reference material. 4. Travel expenses are charged extra at 50p per mile and are payable with the deposit payment. 5. For multi subject A2 size and larger, an initial sketch will be provided for composition approval before final work commences on any painting. 6. Payment terms: non-returnable deposit of 50% required at time of order with the balance required prior to delivery. 7. David Trump retains ownership of the image rights. 8. The image cannot be reproduced in any form (printed or digitally) without his express written permission. 9. Sole ownership rights can be negotiated if required. 10. The client agrees to David Trump using the image for promotional purposes where required and producing prints for sale.

Giclee prints are produced on 255gsm Somerset velvet 100% cotton, acid free paper (unless specified otherwise) and provide maximum light fastness. 4. Canvas prints are produced on 390gsm. 5. Originals and prints supplied un-framed and un-mounted. Costs for framing and mounting on request. 6. Full payment is required prior to despatch of prints and originals. 7. Prints are produced to order therefore, please allow 21 days for delivery
