The property is designed
primarily for and price based on 2 adult occupancy.
The bed-sitting room
(22 m²) with twin beds and bed settee, DVD and Video player,
gas fire for winter visitors. Up to two additional persons in a party with full paying guests may use a second bedroom
(18 m²) which is attached to the Bed sitting-room. Access from this bedroom to kitchen and bathroom is via the Bed-sitting
room. Supplements per person per week are shown in the table of prices below.
Conservatory style modern
kitchen-dining room: gas cooker, fridge, microwave, iron, dining table/chairs
Bathroom with shower, bidet,
toilet and basin.
Welcome pack - fresh milk,
tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, cheese, cereals of your choice and a bottle of wine
No need to shop en route as we will also get your
grocery list in advance if required!

Garden furniture.
Two mountain bikes for hire at €7.25 each
per day. €50 deposit per bike.
Baby sitting service if required.
Unfortunately, due to landscape it is not practical for wheelchair access to the property.
No pets please but Guide dogs welcomed.
No smoking inside the accomodation.
