What made you want to race at the Main Event?
Knut has 4 cars and only 3 drivers this year, he asked me if i would like to drive the spare car
and of course i said i would love to as my first love is driving, but it will be busy as i still have to work on Jorens car.
How long have you been Drag Racing?
I first went to Santa pod when i was 12 and i went with the scouts and then my
brothers came along and its gone down hill since then, so i have been going racing for 35 years and i have been driving for
32 years.
Do you think you will win at the Main Event?
Who will win, well there are some really good cars going, Both of Rune's cars
will run well Tommy has a new car so may be they will struggle a little, Lex's car is very good, Jon Webster ran quick as
well, but with the money Knut has spent and the parts we have got together i really think either Micke or Joren can do it.
Will we see you back in the Funny car this year?
The funnycar, well i really dont know, i would love to drive funny car again
but the way things are at the moment to spend $150,000 on a race car and only have 2 meetings to run at just isn't worth it,
if i can ever drive one again i will jump at the chance, Funny cars are my 1st love and always will be.
What made you start racing?
As i said earlier i went with the scouts my brothers bought a car and we have
been doing it ever since .And when i saw mt first dragster that was it i was hooked.
Are you going to do the european tour?
At the moment im not sure about the european races, hopefully the car will be
in the trailer when we get to Finland and i will drive it ,but at the moment Santa Pod is my main concern, thats going to
cause enough headaches, i have been asked to drive Rico's car at the German grand prix which i did last year as well.
