Situated on the lower slopes of Monte Pego with magnificent views from the terrace and pool across orange groves to the town of Pego and the hills on the other side of the valley.  The villa is quiet but not isolated; it is not overlooked, giving you total privacy out on the terrace as well as in the pool.  The private swimming pool is bathed in sunshine all day from 10am providing day long entertainment for adults and children alike.  At the end of the day the view of the sun setting behind the mountains opposite is quite spectacular.  The terrace is a good size, partially covered to provide adequate shade from the hot sun and is equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining; sun loungers are also provided.  There is a fully equipped BBQ area with lighting and washing facilities to prepare all your outdoor meals.

The villa accommodation, terrace and drive are all on one level, so there are no stairs to negotiate. The villa consists of a large lounge dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms that sleep a total of 6 people.  The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.  All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans.  There is also a cot available if required.

The kitchen is very well equipped, including fridge freezer, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.  The dining area has a table and 6 chairs.  In the lounge there is seating for 6, TV and DVD player with satellite TV providing UK channels.  There is also a radio/CD player and a small selection of CDs, DVDs, books and board games.  A safe is provided for your valuables.

At the front of the villa there is sufficient space on the drive to park 2 cars; it is also possible to park on the road.
