Covering Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and North London.

First appointment 8am. last appointment 7pm. Monday to Friday. Saturday mornings 8am to 12noon. Appointments by arrangement outside of these times (a minimum additional £5 will be charged for appointments outside of weekday times and on Saturday mornings).

Who do I treat?
 
You don't have to be an athlete to use my services. I will treat anybody who feels they may benefit from one of my treatments. You might be:
  • *Training for a specific event and want to ensure you don't get injured.
  • *Suffering from muscle soreness or injury.
  • *Experiencing muscle tension or stress as a result of your occupation, age or lifestyle.
