Appointments by arrangement can be made outside of these times (a minimum additional
£5 will be charged).

Who do I treat?
You don't have to be an athlete to use my services. I will treat anybody
who feels they may benefit from one of my treatments. You might be:

Training for a specific event and want to ensure you don't get injured.

Suffering from muscle soreness or injury.
-
Experiencing muscle tension or stress as a result of your occupation, age or lifestyle.
Whatever the requirement or the problem Sports Massage can help!
Occupational Health
I have also provided massage to companies for specific staff events and as part of their occupational health
schemes. I can offer discounted sessions to employees either on site or at one of my clinics (or indeed a combination
of both). A small investment in the health of your staff will deliver a large return in terms of staff morale and reduced
sick days. If you are interested in adding to your occupational health offering please give me a call.
