Le Moulin Bodin is a former watermill
situated on the banks of the river Lay 2 miles from Mareuil sur Lay and midway between Nantes and La Rochelle.
In a totally secluded position at the end of a country lane, there is a large five bedroom house and adjoining mill. Opposite
the main house is a self-contained guest cottage.
The property is set in 3 acres of lawned garden, meadow and riverbank. Across the weir is an island
with a young arboretum planted with over 200 species of trees.
From May to September guests are welcome to use the
14 x 7 metres swimming pool which is shared with the owners.
