I thought How can I let to tenants that will treat the property like their own home & came up with the idea that if they lived there already I would have a better type of tenant that would love & care for their home, less chance that they would want to leave & more chance that they would keep the property clean & well maintained.

 

Now I am not saying that I was the first to think of the idea - as I understand it there were simular shceme's operating a already in the US & in Australia

 

I started to buy property in the north of England & now have homes & happy tenants in Manchester, Cleethorpes, Wales, Lincoln, Bristol, Kent Hertfordshire & other locations.

Some of these people were previously at their wits end trying to cope with pending Repossession  proceedings many of whom were told to sell their homes through an Estate Agent, and although this is an alternative, many times the owner still lost the home

 

Repossession is a drastically unfair method used by lenders & mortgage companies to completely collect on their outstanding loans. The only thing you recieve from this proceedure is a black mark on your credit, possibly stopping you from ever owning a home or even a car or fridge on finance again!
