La Casita, one of the oldest houses in the region of Franceses,
is now beautifully restored and available to rent.

Situated in the rural north of the island, the area remains unspoilt
and is the perfect location for relaxing holidays, walking and hiking.

La Casita is situated on a private finca comprising the main farmhouse, the attached casita with its own patios
and garden area, (separated from the farmhouse by an undulating wall) a wine bodega and large garden room,
all surrounded by two acres of land.

The downstairs of La Casita has original wooden beams and stonework walls.
Heartwood from the nearby pine forests was used extensively in la Casita, giving it a rich and welcoming atmosphere.
