Paul Sinclair is the founder and managing partner of Sinclair Associates.
Paul has spent
15 years in business psychology, specialising in assessing people at work. In
1990, he became closely involved in the validation of psychometric tests and helped launch the UK's first Five Factor
Model profiler in 1990.
He is an acknowledged
expert on the "Big Five" model of personality. For further information on this model, click here: Big Five

recently, Paul has focused on supporting companies which need to align Strategy, Leadership and Culture. He is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and presented a Paper at their 2006
Conference in Germany.
Paul is a founding
member of the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) which encourages the utilisation of Strengths rather than focusing on weaknesses.
